The exhibition and event spaces are spread over two floors and can also include the entire outdoor garden.
Each floor level features string-course elements in Istrian stone, thus maintaining the building's ancient flavour, with high ceilings, exposed beams and openings enriched with marble and stone ornaments.
All rooms are fitted with the latest generation lighting system, air conditioning, alarm system, fire prevention system and wi-fi system with guaranteed high connectivity.
The exhibition spaces can therefore host art exhibitions and cultural events in all their forms in the most functional and expressive way. The privilege of a palazzo that offers a unique view of the Giudecca Canal is combined with that of its strategic location: offre un panorama unico sul Canale della Giudecca si unisce quello della posizione strategica: within an artistic and cultural itinerary known as the Museum Mile, easily reached on foot or by boat from all parts of Venice and the mainland.

The entrance to the building is on Fondamenta delle Zattere, exactly opposite the public landing stage. Characterized by a stunning Perlin white and red Verona marble floor, this space extends the entire depth of the Palazzo, reaching as far as the back garden. The walls are already set up to display the artworks or to house the opening graphics of the project.
At the side, to the left, is the bookshop and/or ticket office with a surveillance panel and separate staff area.
At the end of the long hall is the delightful garden, while on one side, a beautiful marble staircase, framed by a cross vault in Istrian stone, leads to the first floor, where the exhibition continues.
Divided into several communicating rooms, the first-floor benefits from natural light that is perfectly distributed throughout the rooms. The essential style of the ground floor is enhanced by the presence of frescoes, Murano glass chandeliers and 18th-century doors with marble elements.
Spacious and light, all the rooms on the first floor enjoy airy views on all sides: to the south, through the prestigious quadrifora, there is a panoramic view of the Fondamenta delle Zattere and the island of Giudecca, while to the north, there is a terrace overlooking the garden. The exhibition area on the first floor is 180 m², which can be extended to 240 m² by adding another room overlooking the Fondamenta, ideal as an additional exhibition space or private lounge.
